Dr. Dheeraj K Bhargava, Founder & Chairman of RHAM Foundation, is a distinguished social leader committed to uplifting marginalized sections of society, particularly underprivileged women and children. Coming from a middle-class background, Dr. Bhargava has a diverse academic foundation with a B.Com, an MA in Economics, an LLB, and a PhD. His contributions have been recognized extensively, with awards from Anandiben Patel, Governor of Uttar Pradesh, in 2021, 2022, and 2023. Additionally, he was honored by Harish Rawat, former Chief Minister of Uttarakhand, for his commitment to providing free animation education to students in the region.
